Hallo Leute,
wie ihr ja mitbekommen habt, waren wir kurzzeitig offline.
Das lag daran, dass Comeso unseren Hoster angeschrieben hat.
Die erste Anfrage kam vor einer weile direkt an den schlussendlichen Hoster über Cloudflare. Anscheinend ist Comeso nicht in der Lage zu lesen, dass wir hier extra eine Seite hatten, wie man uns DMCAs schicken soll.
Nunja, soweit so gut. Unser damaliger Anbieter hat uns die Nachricht weiter geleitet. Wir haben die entsprechend angemerkten Downloads entfernt. (Da ist uns wohl wirklich eine Lizenzierung durch die Finger geraten).
Gleichzeitig haben wir durch unseren Anbieter darum geben uns direkt anzuschreiben.
Nun, so geschah es, dass erst einmal ruhe war.
Dann kam plötzlich wieder eine E-Mail – diesmal aber dankenswerterweise direkt an unsere E-Mail.
Diesmal wollte Comeso, dass wir noch mehr löschen (und hat auch gleich noch einmal die alten Links angemeckert).
Nachdem wir also die Lizenzen in Dtl. geprüft haben, haben wir über unseren Anbieter antworten lassen. (Sicher ist sicher, der wird ja so oder so früher davon erfahren).
Etwas später – am selben Tag kam dann von unserem Anbieter die Bitte sich doch einen anderen Anbieter zu suchen. Gleichzeitig hat er uns auch die E-Mail-Korrespondenz mit Comeso weiter geleitet.
Tja. Damit unser damals dt. Anbieter keine weiteren Probleme hat, haben wir die Seite geschlossen, die Mail veröffentlicht und uns dann einen neuen Hoster gesucht.
Kaum hatten wir die DNS-Einträge geändert (auch da mussten wir jetzt etwas eigenes suchen), kam schon wieder eine Anfrage von Comeso (diesmal direkt vom CEO) – Cloudflare sollte mal wieder die IP-Adresse des Anbieters rausrücken – dabei war hier noch nicht mal mehr Inhalt auf der Seite zu finden.
Tja. Seitdem ist ruhe.
Wir haben einen neuen Anbieter, der sowohl die Seite, als auch unsere Cloud hosted.
Hier noch einmal Danke an unseren alten Hoster!
Jottacloud wird allerdings nicht mehr wieder kommen – leider. Wir versuchen derweil Alternativen aufzutreiben. Am Besten sogar mit jDownloader-Support.
Was wir daraus gelernt haben:
- Comeso prüft vor dem Anschreiben nicht die Inhalte der bemängelten Links
- Comeso schickt falsche Links als Copyright-Grundlage und schert sich nicht darum, wenn man ihnen das sagt
- Comeso scheint es nur auf kleine Seiten abgesehen zu haben
- Comeso ist absolut unwillig zu sagen, für welche Firmen sie Lizenzen eintreiben – obwohl ich mir ziemlich sicher bin, dass sie uns das sagen müssten, wenn wir danach fragen.
- Cloudflare gibt IPs weiter, auch wenn die Anfrage noch so komisch und kurz ist.
- Cloudflare gibt immerhin keine privaten Daten preis *top*
- Wir werden so schnell nicht aufgeben.
Wir werden weiterhin alle deutschen Lizenzen beachten und entsprechend die Links runter nehmen.
Z.B. haben wir die Links von Toradora kurz nach den Lizenz-News runter genommen.
Allerdings werden wir DMCAs ab jetzt das so handhaben, wie es die großen illegalen Plattformen wie a-l, etc. auch machen.
Die Kontakt-Seite mit der Anleitung zum Übersenden der DMCAs wurde entfernt. Genauso wie die Hinweise über den alten Hoster (war im Footer). E-Mails, die an die alte info-Adresse gehen, werden nun direkt verworfen.

But it’s a shame that you take down such a little site that tried to archive old subbed animes.

Based on that we changed the contact for your website to your direct email address.
Now we sent you a request and you denied it although you said something different before.
So we will contact your ISP instead.
We do not have to display which clients we represent. You have no rights to publish any of the videos on your website which means you are in no position to reject any valid claim.
By company policy we do not discuss about such matters with owners of illegal websites. We will just contact your ISP and let them know about the infringements on your website.

Yes, i’ve read that on you have expanded your work.
Unfortionately you haven’t written anywhere to whom you are working.
we are complying to every request regarding german licences, just because we want to help the german publishers.
As long as you don’t have a regular e-mail from the publishers or won’t send us proper information about what publishers you are representing,
i’m not able to comply to your request.
This is due to the fact, that everyone can request such things.
I would like to see, that you are really trying to take down the big sites, that obviously have licenced material and not just fansubbed versions.
